“For a £95 gift, which already felt pricey for just two glasses, a bottle of Prosecco, a stopper and a tiny box of chocolates, I was really surprised to be charged an extra £10 for gift wrapping. At that price point, it should absolutely be included. I’ve bought from bigger, high-end global brands who don’t charge extra for wrapping – it’s just part of the experience. This left a bit of a sour taste, and because of that, I probably wouldn’t order from English Pewter Company again.”
