The first use of this snow machine proved to be disappointing. The wired remote control display is poor - after the initial 'warm up' display the text 'Ready for use' scrolls so quickly that it's just a blur and unreadable. The amount of 'snow' generated is very light (even when the manual setting is set to 100%) - only very small droplets of foam are generated which are so light very few settle on the floor. I am using the snow fluid supplied with the machine. Occasionally the machine continues to generate 'snow' after the manual button is released requiring the power to be turned off to reset the machine. Also, the small remote (wireless) control does not work as described in the manual as releasing the button does not stop the machine, another butter (B?) must be pressed. The manual has obviously been adapted from the smoke machine as it still mentions smoke! I have purchased 3 of these snow machines for a big Christmas event (1000+ people). I have only tested one machine so far with the above results, so I hope the others are of better quality. If the others are the same I will be considering asking for a refund!
