“We debated for a good while as to which Karaoke machine to buy and which retailer to buy it from, before doing a ton of research and choosing ElectroMarket. The service has been very good, next day delivery as promised and sorted out a technical query really quickly on their live-chat service. The actual machine seems to be really well made and pretty straightforward to set up and use. Only one reason I gave this machine 4 stars and not 5, is that the balance when both mics are being used can be tricky, particularly when using the secondary mic which comes with it`s own receiver. If you have the mic volume set to high, which controls both mics, the feedback from the secondary mic can be significant. With some balancing, you can find the volume which suits both mics when they are being used simultaneously. Everything else is really good and I woudl recommend this machine.”
