“What a great little speaker especially for the money. So I bought a JBL Party Box 100 to repair and upgrade. It had 2 blown woofers which I replaced with 2 Audiopipe CRV6 woofers for slightly more money, these go down to 50hz. These sounded good until I upgraded the inductor's to improve bass signal, which really showed these up, they really struggled with low end bass and did not sound nice. So I ordered the Fenton Skytec 6.5" ( be careful the measurements they give is the diameter of the whole speaker not the cone size ) these speakers handle slightly more power but best of all go down to 35hz so a massive improvement to sound. Then to add the cream on top I replaced the 2 x 50wat audio chips for 2x 70wat chips and the speakers now sound crisp and thumpy.”
