“I am sorry to say that this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a turntable, received it today and after along time trying to set it up I was shocked at how bad it was, lets start with the arm very hard to balance, so much movement in the arm pivots it rattles like an old ford, was listed as having auto-stop and arm lifting at the end of the record, mine did neither but I did wounder how this type of arm could lift, it also arrived with a damaged corner and that was not transit damage, thankfully buying from Electromarket was my saving grace, What excellent service called them and got first class service returning item for full refund, just such a shame they don't sell any other turntables as I woulde dearly love to buy from them.”
