“Minimal instructions and refused to connect to the Internet radio tuner. ElectroMarket were, however, unfailingly polite and helpful; they provided a replacement and when that didn't work either sent a pre-paid return slip and agreed to a refund. Rubbish product but great service.”

“The Audizio Venice is an internet radio only (but can also operate as a bluetooth speakerr) - it cannot access DAB or FM. I plan to use it overseas so it should be perfect for my needs as it receives BBC as well as a huge number of UK radio stations. After a few days use, I find it easy to configure and other plus points include good tone and volume from the speakers plus portability thanks to a rechargeable battery. All in all, it's exactly what I am looking for and I am impressed.”

“I have spent 1 week, through 3 different WiFi. Unit WILL NOT connect to Skytune. Also, in the manual, it gives a search option on the connect page. This is not available on the unit. I emailed you 3 days ago on this, no response. Please advise ASAP how I can return.”

“This fits the bill for me for the following reasons: Internet only,no need to rely on patchy DAB/FM. Plays the newer BBC streams. Uses Skytune database,but you can enter streams manually. Has 4 preset buttons for changing stations(in the dark). Headphone socket for night time listening. The remote is a bonus for setup & presets. Sound quality is ok,not hifi for this price. Usb for operation/charging. Would have liked Spotify connect,but on more expensive models.”

“I do like this radio for internet stations, once I'd got the full manual downloaded from the Audizio website and worked out how to find stations more easily than scrolling through a couple of thousand beginning with the same letter. But it has some oddities. The remote doesn't work when it's on battery power, the clock display disappears as well, and you have to hold the on/off button for about 4 seconds to switch on and off in battery mode, whereas on mains all those things work normally. It's like it goes into some kind of sleep mode as soon as it's disconnected from the mains. The sound is good though, and the internal battery lasts well.”

“Generally, the product is good and works well. My only criticisms are: The screen dimming leaves the screen too bright at night, the time display is too small, and there was no charger supplied.”

“A brilliant piece of kit - so easy to set up : and on Android/PC Win10 so easy to select and upload internet stations that I never knew existed. Loving my new found British Comedy Radio stations. This works around my small house and even into the conservatory! Tuning is quick and effortless once the station is selected. The colourful display is spot on at displaying station information (when transmitted) and brightness is easy to adjust. I'm trying to think of something critical to say. Right now nothing comes to mind. It works. Does what it says on the box. Very happy!!!”
