“Do not buy! Never worked out of the box skipped every record we had and they were all brand new, no adjustment on it very cheap but you can buy cheaper with the same quality, nightmare to get a replacement or refund, ended up giving me a full refund they didn’t even want it back”

“I honestly am devastated. I bought this October for my sons Christmas Present. I opened it two days ago and honestly it's the worst product ever now what am I supposed to do!!!! It skips, is made of the cheapest plastic, sound is appalling and I paid full price!!!!! I've had a shocking end the year and this just tops it as now I'm out of pocket and my son doesn't have a Christmas Present!”

“Good looking product and starting out really well, but soon stopped working. I asked for support and they wanted to charge me to return it to be looked at. Poor service and absolutely gutted it doesn’t work. Total waste of money in the end.”

“It's so cheap it's worse than a 1970 kids portable one. As Many have said the stylus is too light, and the sound is seriously bad. An amazon alexa blows this out the water. Sad as it was a present for me.”
