“Went over and above to make sure that my order, which was a birthday present, arrived in time. Daughter delighted with her guitar. The staff member I spoke to (sorry, I didn't take a note of your name) was helpful, friendly and he genuinely seemed to want to help. Only negative thing to say is that delivery info on website could be a little bit more clear which would have avoided the issue needing resolved in the first place. First time I have used ElectroMarket and I will definitely be using again. Thank you!”
