“Frightfully poor build quality for the bodypacks. I bought 4 sets of these for a theatre production, they have been used about 6 times and I only have 3 of the 16 beltpacks left that still work. Having contacted the support team to organise replacements I was promised replacement bodypacks and was then told a week later there was no stock. I asked if I could return them for a refund instead and was told that wasn't possible but I could send them back for tests however, if there was any damage the warranty would be void... given 13 of them have quite literally fallen apart, the warranty won't be honoured. They are now sat as a £1500 paperweight. Avoid at all costs!”

“This is a good wireless mic set for the price. Simple to use and setup the channels. The sound quality is OK, and the headsets look to be durable as any other. The flight case is a waste of time. First time I closed it the joints failed, this isn't an issue for me as this is going into a rack but might be worth noting as I was thinking of putting another unit into the flight case for safe keeping. I have tried 2 of these units working together with a total of 8 mics (+ one from another unit) no interference was detected so I do believe the channels are broadcasting as described.”
