“The arms do not bend, so therefore all 3 monitors have to face straight forward, which is completely pointless & besides the whole point of buying a triple monitor stand. It is useless & unfit for purpose. It was sent back the very next day & I'm still waiting for my refund. Have tried calling the company a few times to find out what is happening, but after sitting in a phone queue for over 30 minutes each time, I gave up & put the phone down. Will not be dealing with this company again.”

Our phone lines have been exceptionally busy this week, which we can only apologise for, certainly appreciate how frustrating it is to try and get through to someone but having to wait on hold. As for your refund, it appears the return was set up for you 6 days ago and the item has now been delivered and processed by our returns team, so we will be initiating the refund process today, and your bank should process the funds back to your account in the next few working days.
