“I bought the BeamZ Rage 1000 LED Smoke Machine, a last minute purchase for Halloween. What a winner. I used it outside as the weather was favourable, using the timer there was smoke on for 10 Seconds, off for 20 Seconds. My house was masked in smoke, it added great atmosphere to the evening, especially with my wife drifting around as Queen Elizabeth I and myself as her associate. Trick or Treat went down a storm. The delivery and order processing was excellent. I did speak to a member of staff before I bought the smoke machine and he couldn't answer any questions about the timer and didn't offer to find out. I later spoke to a different member of staff about the use of a pin spot light outside being pointed into the air through the smoke where I was told that I would need planning permission. I said "I'm asking about using a single light outside." The reply was, "Well you might not need planning permission but you'd best speak to the police first." Needless to say I didn't make that purchase. Rage 1000 LED Smoke Machine 5* Staff Training & Product Knowledge - Requires improvement.”

“I bought the BeamZ 1000 for Halloween, My wife and I have no children but decided at the last minute to throw ourselves into Halloween and we're in our 60's. My purchase was an absolute winner. On the night it was 9° C outside and I had the machine pointed at the front of the house. It was set with the timer, on for 10 Seconds off for 20 Seconds, got through just under 2 tanks of fluid in that time. We were sat outside in fancy dress for 3+ hours. I scared a few trick or treaters as I emerged from the house through the smoke cloud. I'n a neighbouring road there was a haze where the smoke was just lingering. Overall it made for a fantastic evening. If I could post some pictures I would! I bought the Energiser scent, a number of people said that they didn't like the smell, to be honest it wasn't for me either. 100% Recommended the BeamZ 1000, and for that reason excellent value for money.”
