“We purchased this in the hope of adding some snow magic to our children's Christmas shows; unfortunately the machine creates too fine / subtle a mist for it to be effective for our purposes. Customer service was great though and we were able to return with ease.”

“I bought this hoping it would give me a blanket of snow and a perfect winter wonderland for a childrens football teams party, it basically spits out the fluid and doesn't turn it into snow, don't waste your money, Electromarket are amazing with exchanges though, very quick”

“Looking forward to a brand new snow machine for outdoor Carol service.. came on time. Tried it out on day of receiving it.. fuses blew immediately , unable to fix with new fuses .. rang to return and collected within 2 days.. great customer care… unfortunately faulty product with blown internal components so unable to review if it’s any good!”
