“I had great expectations of this product because of the way it was described. When it turned up at my house the security seal was broken, which sounded alarm bells (not literally) Apparently this company only import the product and the seal is broken by the suppliers as they have to check the power supply connector is correct for the destination country.(Strange). Any I followed the instructions and plugged it in, result ... totally dead! Contacted the company and was asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I clearly informed them that I wanted a refund. Next is an email telling me that a replacement will arrive ont the 15th August!! The company said that this was an "automated" response?? Eventually they sent details of the return and having followed their instructions, it has sat in the UPS collection point since 12th. What a total joke as I have to wait for the parcel to arrive at the company until I get my refund, even though it is now not in my possession .”

“I recently paid serious money in buying British, the set was vastly overrated rubbish and I sold it back at a loss. Of the numerous Internet, dab and fm sets with CD players with bluetooth Audizio Naples caught my eye,150 pres sets for starters. The set is very simple to use and about a quarter the cost of the British made rubbish I'd bought,has a lovely tone and pleasant looks. The DAB stations are loud and clear, radio Newcastle is picked up without any need of fitting a longer aerial. I don't hesitate in recommending the Audizio Naples as a really good set. On this occasion buying British ,vastly overpriced British proved a costly error. I can name names with set if needs be.”
