“I bought a set of these around 3 weeks ago, as they looked great on paper. However, literally upon opening the box, there were issues. One of them kept cutting out, no matter whether it was Bluetooth, Line or Mic. I had a new client that evening and it let me down big time. I then replaced them, and again, upon opening the box, and turning it on, there was an almighty hum / noise which had nothing to do any inputs. Again, had a client that evening, so had to borrow another few speakers to disguise the issue as the EM Customer Service is closed at weekends. Such a shame, as they look amazing! However, they’ve let me down twice now and I just can’t risk it. ElectroMarket were fantastic though. Took both sets back and replaced then refunded straight away. Very helpful staff. Just gutted about the speakers!”
