“The sensitivity figure of these speakers (on paper) ranks with some of the finest monitors on the market. Compact Jazz (George Benson's compilation) illustrates this sensitivity beautifully - they've got presence aplenty. I'm very pleased with my pair, which are currently the voice for my old Cambridge A1. Online, however, there appears to be a lot of review/forum disquiet about these transducers - its just this "Nisan" factor that puts the fly in their appointment depending on how superficial your audio paradigm is! For the money they remind me of the JPW Gold "Giant Killer" reincarnated and they beat those old gems by at least 1db on the sensitivity meter!”
