“Great taste and amazing texture. I eat it dry as can't have milk. Really enjoy this cereal and find 50g nicely filling and the best bit is it's not addictive like other cereals can be. For me anyway. Also I've had my best runs since having this cereal, longer time running before any fatigue, and it's helping me with steady weightloss which I need.”
