“Really tasty does what it says on the packet I’ve been using this for breakfast before the gym and as a snack after cycling and I feel great as well in my opinion stronger and appear to be recovering quicker no data to support just how I feel”

“Nutritionally brilliant, definitely sets me up for the day and I don't need to snack until lunchtime. Taste is OK, better than a lot of even less healthy things! Packaging could be improved, a lot of not-really-recyclable plastic for not much cereal”
