“This has completely changed my breakfast routine. I have run two marathons on these and carry this with me even when I am travelling for international races. The only tough choice is the flavour as all of them are quite yum. I tried them at the Runthrough events and have been a fan since. Hywel & Hugh have built a great brand here. Can’t wait for what else is cooking at ELEAT (literally)”

“I discovered this cereal at the London Marathon Expo and was really impressed by the taste and quality. I do a lot of endurance sports and love that the cereal is high protein. It doesn’t seem to give me glucose spikes like other cereals can do so I’m finding that I’’m less tempted by sugary snacks after a bowl”

“Wonderful cereal, came across it at the marathon expo. Great taste, really decent protein content and more importantly for me, lower in sugar than other leading brands. My teenage boys love it too! Thank you to Hywell who I met at the expo. Great product, will be buying regularly”
