“In short, a class experience. I loved that you sent my package in a custom box. The packaging of the cereal itself is brilliant, the reflective and matte parts work well together to bring colour and the text is very informative. Favourite flavour: Vanilla Thiller, never had vanilla flavoured cereal before and it is gorgeous. It’s great that you offer free delivery and are competing well within the price range of competing brands with your subscription service. I’ll have to buy some again. I was wondering if it would improve the unboxing experience by adding a lil note or business card in the box from you both? It may not be worth the time or money but I do rate it when companies thank me for their purchase and tell me a bit about themselves just because I feel more connected with the brand. This is what I felt when I read your email you sent out after my purchase but I was wondering what if I’d missed that. More about emails, I love how you sign your emails as Hugh and Hywel from ELEAT. It’s cool that the founders of a company that I’ve brought from email me about updates within the company and involve me with the brand. Any questions about anything I’ve said let me know. “l love every flavour of the ELEAT cereal! I’m eating them as a tasty nutritional snack to boost my energy and get me through my shift!! I am now less inclined to snack on rubbish foods with my ElEAT cereal nearby! It’s a wonder food that meets all my needs! Thank you”
