“I have been a repeat customer for a good while. I ordered lots of gang sheets using etsy. There were a few times where I messaged them because of different issues. They once sent me prints with faint lines. I placed another order. It was good. I placed another order and the background for the entire gang sheet was grey. (I didn't send it with a background). I started getting info in my orders to use the website. I ordered. There was a mistake. I accidentally selected the wrong size. 22x30 instead of 22x40. They never contacted until I asked a week later why I hadn't received my order. Then they told me I had to pay for the 22x10 to correct the issue. They held my order for a week with no contact over $4 and some change. When I placed the order it charged me shipping and they did refund the shipping. I ordered from a different dtf supplier in the same city and state they are in the next day because I was concerned about not getting my customer their order and it arrived the same day. It was an order of 3 gang sheets and they had a question and messaged me and still got it to me faster. I was sad because loyalty is important to me. Unfortunately, its time to move on.”
