As a small business owner I do understand the initial prep fee, but there should be only one fee associated at the initiation and establishment of service for each specific size for example: small, medium, large and etc. However if a customer moves forward with continuous orders, having a minimum order for the labels would be more feasible. Having a minimum order of at least 25 labels at .20 a piece of which would be at $5 is definitely feasible for sure.
