I don’t get to see how it looks once I’ve built it before it gets printed. I’ve made so many mistakes. They were very helpful in correcting the first one and getting it right and then the next time it happened again. Again, customer service was very helpful but I wish I could see what it was gonna look like before it was printed. I will definitely buy from them again, and I would hope that there is a way to send a proof before it prints -automatically from the builder software.”
