What really stood out was their customer service. I accidentally uploaded a large gang sheet with the background still on it. Instead of printing it as-is, they recognized it was probably a mistake and reached out to me first. That level of attention saved me a lot of time and money. It’s nice dealing with people who actually care instead of blindly processing orders.
For anyone using these transfers, there’s no need to press above 165°C (320°F). The transfers work great at that temperature, and going hotter isn’t necessary.
