“Order was overdue to be ready in two days. Called to check status and was told it would be ready in an hour. When I got there, it was not ready. Went back and forth with uploading team asking for new images. Problem I had with this was that they printed one order correctly. This was just another print. Waited 4 hours sitting in lobby and then was provided the order and the background was removed which removed all of my white. Waited another hour for reprinting and received. When I got home, noticed the quality was different. Compared them side by side and the new reprint was much thinner. Could not use for order. Ended up using oracle 651 to get order out to customer and I have switched to a different printer to test out customer service.”
