“I would have given 5 stars but the pick up charge doesnt make a whole lot of sense. People spend alot of money in gas to pick up. There is no logical reason to charge them for that. When I inquired about this, I was told that the charge was to pay an employee to help people with pick up orders. However, the last 3 times I've picked up, there has been no employee helping. This might be to offset the cost of printing errors which isnt reallt fair to the customer. I love shopping with you. Just wish you would change the pick up charge. I drive 40 minutes to pick up my orders so i can have them timely. I dont want to be charged for that. Maybe a pickup fee for large orders makes sense, but definitelty not small ones.”
