“I am giving it a 3 because the quality of the print was good. But this is the third time that I have tried this place, first time was great but I messed up and had to reorder, which I have no problem with because its my fault. The second and this past time were neither my fault, I gave them the sizes I needed and I'm not sure if they are not good with kids sizing or what but I received what had to be a 4in print for youth. I would say it was a mistake but it happened to me on 2 different orders. I am not pleased with that at all because you all know what its like to get a print that is way too small to use on a shirt. Its sooo very frustrating. Then when in called in to let them know, I wasn't rude or anything and the man said, well you will have to submit a form to fill out to see what they can do for you. I'm like, “What kind of Customer Service is this?” I can bring my shirt and the image and show you how small it is and how bad it looks.”
