“I ordered a custom gang sheet of uvdtf with a dtf, got the dtf, has to email about the uvdtf..
First, the uvdtf (i received them the next week) were flawless! High quality and peel like butter!! Definitely recommend this company. Quality is top notch and their prices are amazing.
My only complaint- ish is... When I didn't get my uvdtf, I emailed and the response was "here's your new tracking number" OK, cool. I'm a very direct communicator myself, but that does make me feel a certain way. Take responsibility it was missed and apologize. Maybe work on that customer service a little. Your product is truly great, but a lackluster customer service can chip away at your reputation.
Ultimately, they sent the replacement within a few days and I will happily be reordering from this company!
