“Bought item for daughter, realised I got wrong item, sent it back within 24 hrs, unfortunately opened the box, it was a code for a software program update which we never used, it is not registered, so can be used by anyone again, for all intents and purposes is as new. except a paper knife slit on box which I sellotaped. DS refused to take it back. Paid two postages on this as sent it back and then had to take it back again. Now have unused update worth 70 quid lying on my desk. Not exactly a happy customer here.”
“Prompt delivery. However very disappointed that you only get a download cod. I have been unable to download the Sibelius sounds file as it is 23 gb and I don't have fast broadband. Tried ringing the uk no for avid waited an hour, but still no response so I gave up. Also avid have not linked my purchase from you with the account they asked me to set up, so I only have a temporary version of Sibelius.
Have also emailed them, still no satisfactory response.
So I don't yet have a useable version of Sibelius.
Can you please help with these issues?? If they are going to make the files so big and be so unavailable for help I really think they should send a hard copy to load up.”
