“I bought a product in good faith. I was sent out a download card that had already been used so I was unable to download my product. Initially DS said the problem was with Avid but Avid pointed out the card had already been used. It's over a week now and I still don't have what I bought. Very disappointed.”

“Bought Pro Tools, Arrived next day, registered with avid and iLok as requested but after a week have still not been able to download program. Phone # from DS for Avid is recording requiring input from program once it is downloaded. I have no means of speaking to Avid or any further help from DS!”
