We are so sorry to hear you've had an issue with our Electric Whisk and sincerely apologise for you unfortunate experience as we have sold over 1000 of them and this is the first time we have ever had a client have an issue with it so suspect it must have been a defected one.
If you are happy for us to do so, we will send you out a replacement as we would never like our clients to feel they haven't received anything but the best service.
If you let us know what colour you would like, we will send it out on a next day delivery for you.
