“The company they sent this has very poor communication. Despite me asking for a refund before they shipped it out they ignored my text, email and phone calls and shipped it anyway.
Could have just done the right thing and stuck to their word and ship it out when they said they would or better still let me know that they had shipped it instead of sending me tracking information 3 hours after the package arrived at my house.
