“Upon receiving my order I found that I had received the incorrect unit and facia. I’m only writing this now as the website says an “au” website but the package was shipped straight from china? How am I meant to know the actual specifications of the unit I purchased as I went back and looked that the “premium” one up from the cheapest was not meant to come with a reverse camera etc and I received that? I would like better labelling on the wiring also and clearer instructions also. Having to now wire up my factory reverse camera is a pain and to buy a new fascia elsewhere is just annoying when simply an order can not be picked and packed correctly it’s not rocket science.”
