“Despite seeking guidance about the correct unit including sending pictures of the old unit back and front, I do not have the correct unit and/or the cables to install it. I am being helped by Bobbie but have no resolution so far. I am concerned that I have no option than to return the unit for a refund. Very disappointing.”
