The construction is noticeably poor, utilizing brittle, low-grade plastic that resulted in a broken hinge right out of the box. While their customer service is incredibly responsive and helpful during the sales process, they effectively ghost you the moment a defect is reported, leaving you with a sub-standard product and zero after-sales support. No reasonable buyer would choose this over a standard import if they knew the actual quality was this far below average. Rather spend on a brand that stands behind their product.”
