“Dealing with DMS has been nothing but trouble. After they sent me the incorrect headlights that were not The sequential indicator headlights that I had bought., I had these professionally installed and only after installation could I see that they were just normal headlights and not the sequential indicator headlights as purchased? Even the price on the tax invoice receipt showed them to be only worth $570 after me paying $965 for the sequential headlights. DMS has not wanted to supply me the correct ones to have installed and for me then to send back the incorrect ones to remove the incorrect ones from my vehicle would be further cost to me and then would leave my vehicle on roadworthy and unusable until they supplied me with the correct ones to then have installed again at my cost.
I really hoped that DMS would have realised that this was all caused by them not supplying the correct item and would hope to try to come to a resolution rather than just ignoring me.
