“i am very disappointed that my leaflets have still not arrived 9 days after ordering and 8 days after the promised delivery date of 29 april. Even if they were to arrive tomorrow - 7 May it is now too late to get them delivered before the event. i am very annoyed and will never use your company again. i have had no apology or explanation i paid extra to have express production. i expect a full refund otherwise i will have to escalate the matter further Michele”

Hi Michelle Thanks for your review. I am sorry the order did not arrive with you. I can see you have been in touch today with us regarding the issue, which we would not have known previously. We always wish to resolve issues promptly, and unfortunately, as you mentioned, it is now too late to organise any replacements. We recommend that customers contact us with any issues at the time so we can investigate and resolve promptly, however as you had not informed us that it had not been delivered we were unable to act until today. Good afternoon Michele, Thank you for leaving us a review, though I must say I am disappointed with your comments. You advise in this review that you have received no contact, apology or help. I am sorry but that is not the case. I have the email records here showing that you spoke with our advisor Chris who apologised, and explained that although we had printed and dispatched the order on time, the courier Parcelforce had unfortunately lost the parcel. A full reprint with no charge was offered but you instead requested a full refund which was provided along with another apology. I can only apologise again, unfortunately couriers can and do experience issues which are beyond are control. This is why we make it clear that all delivery dates shown are estimated only and never guaranteed. Regardless, I am happy that we were able to resolve this issue for you quickly and efficiently and hope that we can help in the future should you ever need any more printing. “Although the digital printing was quickly turned around unfortunately delivery was not. I had uploaded the billing address and delivery address. The printing was done for a sister company at the same address as head office and the delivery address was supplied with the head office company name. However, this delivery company name was not on the parcel, and also some of the address was missing. This meant that the parcel of leaflets which were paid for expedited delivery did not arrive. I chased Parcel Force and after 2 trips recovered the leaflets with a note that the postcode did not match address. Had Digital Printing taken note of the correct company name and inputted the full address I wouldnt have been running around like a headless chicken the day of my exhibition”

Good afternoon Gloria, Thank you for the review. I am sorry that you are disappointed by the delivery service, however must point out that the delivery address is provided by the customer during the order process. We do not change or amend this unless given notice to do so in writing by customers via email. In the instance we have printed and dispatched the order to the address provided. We process over 1000 orders per day and cannot check and verify that every address provided by customers is correct or complete. Similarly, the courier cannot be held responsible for not being able to deliver if an incomplete or incorrect address has been provided. If ordering with us again, please ensure that all information provided when ordering is complete and correct before purchasing.
