Hi Dean, Thanks for the fab review. I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive your job on your estimated delivery date. Unfortunately we can only estimate delivery dates as the courier companies are not direct employees of Digital Printing so when the job leaves here we cannot 100% guarantee concrete dates. However, we currently have a 97.5% success rate for all deliveries which is still very high and in the very unlikely event your delivery arrives later than estimated, we will do whatever we reasonably can to make it up to you. “I have ordered for 1 day express & paid extra £10 for express. End up not next day but take 2 working days to arrive & no refund for my express fees. I have ordered for several times but it was quite disappointing this time & the quality not good either this time”

Hi Linh, Thank you for the review. I am sorry that the order was delayed, I can see that the order was printed and despatched within 4 hours of ordering on the same day. Unfortunately, Parcel Force delayed the order by one day and it was delivered the following working day. I apologise but I have looked and see no communication from you regarding the delay or issues with the quality. I am going to refund the delivery charge as the order was delayed by one day, if you had got in touch with us we would have happily sorted this for you.
