“I place an order of this item every year to use as my Christmas cards and have always found the quality to be very good. However, this year the alignment of the printing has clearly not been quite right as at least a third of the prints have misaligned edges. I ensure that my artwork is the correct size and accounts for the required bleed etc, however this year’s result was not of the quality that I have come to expect. This was disappointing, especially for a product which I send to all of our friends and family as our annual update on the year.”

It was despatched on time and we do state that delivery dates are estimated only as the courier does not offer a guaranteed delivery with factors able to affect transport.
