“I wanted to print a letter on luxury paper. On the website, when you go through the product menu, then click "luxury papers", it directs you to a page where there are different luxury papers that they offer. I clicked on one that I want, then it redirects me to a page where I can choose the format of the work (e.g. leaftlet, saddle stitched etc.). I picked leaflets and flyers, then it directs me to a page where it says Instant Quote/ Buy Now. You would have thought all these quotes and selectsions are still referring to the luxury paper that I have chosen. I went through all the selection such as size, orientation etc. Paid £15 for printing ONE letter, just to find out it is printing on an ordinary paper. At the order page, there is a order summary that says paper type is 'silk' . There was never a page that asks me to choose between paper types including "silk", so by default I think the paper I have chosen is the luxury one because that is what I have selected in order to go to order page. I have wasted so much money for a piece of paper you can get stationary shop and then print it at home.”

Hi Vickie, I am sorry to hear you had trouble navigating our website. While clicking on 'luxury papers' will show you which products are available, when you choose which product ou would like, you then have to select 'choose my own specification' rather than 'our recommended specification' to select the luxury papers.
