“I made a mistake with the delivery postal code and the order didn’t arrive on time. However Digital printing went above and beyond…creating a new print run and sending it next day delivery to the correct address. First class service thank you”

“I have used Digital Printing for many products in the past and always found the service and value very good. However I was about to place an order today that totalled £904.86 (with a 15% discount on 130gsm paper) but decided to get a quote from elsewhere and ended up using Instant Print instead as the same order with them came to £242.70 (this was with a discount of 20% on 150gsm papaer) so significantly cheaper! I would love to continue to support Digital Printing but with such a huge price difference compared to it's competitors it makes it very difficult.”

Hi Dawn Thanks for your review. I am sorry that you did not find that we were suitable for this particular order. Without know the specifications I am unable to compare or comment on the quote. We would need to know it was like for like in the specifications. Given the price it may be that litho printing was offered which is always much cheaper than digital printing for very large quantities. We do offer litho printing on certain products which are listed as separate products and we would have been happy to advise if we had been contacted, We always keep our prices as competitive as possible.
