“Quality of print was good. Delivery was late. Expected delivery on Friday, it arrived on Monday after the event we purchased for. Maybe the courier issue and not yours but we will be using our previous supplier in future.”

Hi Neil Thanks for your review. am sorry to see that there was a delay in the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, as couriers do not offer guaranteed delivery, with factors able to affect transport, we do state that all delivery dates are estimated only and shown on your invoice. The tracking does show it was despatched on time but they were not able to complete the delivery on the Friday. I do understand that this did cause inconvenience and have contacted you directly to help resolve the issue as we do always wish to do what we can to resolve any issue with orders. “To date I haven’t received my flyers. Over a week late. I paid for quick delivery. They are now going to be of no use to me, as they’re too late to hand out in schools due to term finishing. Very disappointing experience.”

Good afternoon Matthew, Thank you for your review. I have checked this for you and can see that the estimated delivery for your order was 19/07/24. Checking the tracking supplied with your order shows that the delivery was attempted on 19/07/24 but as no one was home to recieve the parcel it was left at Hattersley Post Office for collection that same day. It has been there waiting for you to collect since then. Apologies but there has been no delay or failing with the delivery of your order. Had you contacted us directly or checked the tracking supplied with your order we could have helped you sooner. “Beautifully printed surveys. I am really happy with the result. Thank you. Also I looked into rymans and other print services in my home town to do the same thing and they were charging an extortionate rate. Digital printing is also really well priced and honest.”
