Hi Kamila Thanks for your email. I am sorry the order is not as expected, however as explained it is always possible for pages to move in the press by 1-2mm. This is why we recommend 3mm bleed on all artwork to prevent white edges. With small prints such as business cards this movement is more noticeable as 1-2mm is a greater proportion of the overall size. We did reprint it again warning that this could occur again as it cannot be prevented. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting
