“Stand did not arrive for when it was needed. Springs were broken when it did eventually arrive (not that I needed it as the event had passed before it arrived). Was told I would be refunded but that hasn’t happened either - would maybe avoid using these guys!”

I can see that your refund was requested immediately as a result of both these unfortunate issues, and confirmed within a week, which is within the expected time for the banks to fully process a refund. “Fantastic quality and it is easy to put up (with 2 people bc I'm short). Fast delivery, and you are able to choose your desired delivery date. It also comes in a handy bag which makes carrying it a lot easier!”
