“We were sent the wrong roll up banner (for a different company!) . We were then told that we would receive our correct banner through Saturday morning delivery by 9am - however it did not arrive till the afternoon meaning that it did not arrive in time for our event on Saturday. Hence the banner order was wasted as we had no banner for our event and it defeated the purpose of having expediated delivery in the first place.”
