Hi Amin Thanks for your review. I am sorry you have an issue with your delivery - you had selected the royal mail 2nd class which is the slowest delivery service and can take up to 7 working days, however the tracking shows it was delivered 3 days after the despatch with the van in the correct area for your address. We do not have any communication from you to inform that you have not received this so we were unaware to be able to take any action. We will contact you directly to have this matter resolved. “Perfect as bookplates for gifted paperbacks. Easy to peel, high resolution images, good print quality. Arrived quickly, exactly as expected. This is our second year of ordering, didn't need to communicate this time as the customer service was spot on last year when we enquired about the process, just placed the order and perfect results. Will be ordering again.”
