“I wish I had a great expereince but it wasn't. The printing was of good quality but the delivery was the major problem. The delivery was expected to be Friday, but they couldn't do Friday and promised Saturday. Waited for several hours on Saturday and there was nothing. There was no communication to indicate that saturday was unrealistic. Precious time was wasted because of delivery on Saturday. It was eventually delivered on Monday. They promised refund the express fee that was charged since they could not deliver on time. Please note: the cost of printing wasn't included in the refund”

Hi Victoria Thanks for your review. I am sorry your order was impacted along with other orders by unforeseen technical issues requiring repairs. We did upgrade your delivery to a Saturday estimated delivery as a result of a days delay in despatching. However we do state that all deliveries are estimated as factors can affect transport so the courier does not offer a guaranteed service. That weekend there was a severe storm that had weather warnings throughout the country which impacted the possibility of transport and prevented the courier from delivering on time and was beyong anyone's control. We have refunded the express production and delivery costs as a result of the delay due to the storm. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting

“I ordered an A4 perfect bound book and was initially worried about the delivery, especially because I paid for next-day delivery. But everything arrived exactly on time, and the quality was excellent! Great service and print quality.I’m really pleased and would definitely use Digital Printing UK again.”

“Excellent service. I chose express delivery as I needed some documents printed on short notice. The printouts were of excellent quality and were delivered very swiftly. I fully recommend, and will likely use this service again.”
