“confusing customer journey. You sold this as a same-day service for next-day delivery, but your customer journey then presents delivery options and defaults to 48hrs. Waste of time and money and I will put no further business your way.”

“Roll up banners, when we got them were great. Only issue was some stress caused by 2 dispatch delay notifictations which meant that the banners only arrived the day before we needed them when we thought we had ordered in plenty of time - removed 1 star for that. I had to contact them via the web-chat. The upgraded the delivery from standard to tracked, otherwise we wouldn't have got them in time for an important event.”
