“I ordered a stand and paid extra for same day / next day delivery on Thursday night, as it was meant to arrive on Saturday. I had an important event on Sunday and needed it on time. The stand did not arrive as promised. When I requested a refund, I was told it couldn’t be refunded because it had already been printed, even though it was no longer useful to me without the delivery being met. The stand eventually arrived on Tuesday, days after my event. On top of that, it was not aligned properly and had black paint marks on the face, making it unusable. This was a really terrible purchase. I lost my money, couldn’t use the stand for my event, and now I can’t even use it anywhere else due to the poor quality. I’m extremely disappointed with both the service and the product.”

Hi Nádia Thanks for your review. I am sorry for the issue with the delivery. We do state that all deliveries are estimated only as the courier does not offer a guaranteed delivery as factors can affect transport. As the order was delivered the next working day from the estimated delivery date we would not be able to refund the full order - we did however refund the delivery costs of the order as a result. We did receive your email this morning about the pen mark on the print - it was QC before it left us and no mark was present. “confusing customer journey. You sold this as a same-day service for next-day delivery, but your customer journey then presents delivery options and defaults to 48hrs. Waste of time and money and I will put no further business your way.”
