“Shipping was delayed from the printers, and couldnt deliver on the day stated when purchased, then house number was missed off delivery address causing further delays, items were crinkled on the corners when arrived. won't be using again”

Hi Chris, Thanks for leaving us the 2 star review. I am so sorry we delayed your order going out, I can see that we did advise you of this to keep you informed. I checked the tracking on the order and can see that even though you did not enter the house number at the time of entering the address, the order was still delivered the next day as advised. With regards to the damage to the order that you have stated, we have tried to call you to get more information and you advised us that you were too busy. I apologise but I am not sure what else we can do. We would absolutely still love to help you out and get any errors fixed. “Excellent customer service - I needed a set of photos printed as posters at the last minute before my wedding and not only were they able to print them off and send them very quickly, but the quality was outstanding. The posters were a massive hit at the wedding and made a wonderful day that much more special. Thanks a million, it is so nice to know that there are still companies out there that offer such a good customer experience combined with a quality product.”

“I ordered a 700 x 1000 print on 200gsm Satin as this was the closest size to my artwork. The price was reasonable and I am absolutely delighted with the print. Colour matching was very close to what I saw in CMYK in my editing application. I will definitely be back in future.”
