“Unhappy with the paper quality - ordered 170gsm waterproof. 3/15 on reasonable thickness the rest floppy like normal copier paper. Complained - told I would need to send sample back at my own expense, to prove it, because they can’t accept a photo.”

Hi Jane Thanks for your review. I am sorry that your order did not arrive as expected. Unfortunately we cannot tell the gsm of a page from a photo so we would need a sample book returned so we can measure the page to confirm any errors in the print. “Just what I need. Website simple to use, reordering previous orders makes it even simpler. We use Synaps paper for its robustness/hygiene properties as a branded disposable cutting board. The only down-side is price.”
