“Corners bent, damaged, sent email querying why when I opened a new account for the garden centre I work for to get signs printed why I didn’t get the 15% off first delivery, I was told that this was because I already had an account, this was for my personal art business, based on the same site but 2 separate businesses, I do not run this garden centre nor am I the owner yet I did the purchasing for this. The person I spoke to on the phone when I rang was very rude and basically called me a lier telling me I was trying to get extra discounts yet I wasn’t, the invoice needed to be to the garden centre so it couldn’t go through my art account. I emailed them a week ago about this yet recieved no response, customer service is terrible and they have no effort to help any customer with a problem it appears. I will never shop here with my art business again and I doubt the garden centre would choose to shop here either! Absolutely appalled!!!”

Hi Heather Thanks for your review. I am sorry you feel upset at the result of your query. Unfortunately, the discount is for first orders placed only, and as you had placed orders previously with a different account, we could not apply the discount again. I am sorry for any confusion, as we did not accuse you directly of deliberately trying to get a second discount,, but explained we have checks in place to prevent this and we could see you did have a previous account with orders placed, so therefore you could not have a first order discount again.
