“My labels arrived on time. Thank you. I hate to say how disappointed I was. I was looking forward to some well done labels but this was not the case. First of all, I really appreciate being contacted about size concerns; I am a novice when it comes to printing and sizes so I was hoping the experts would print me some bold looking labels but I could not read anything on my labels. Was it my fault ? Did I send you work that was hardly visible? Then you should have cared enough to not have printed them at all. I believe care in this case,overrides money. I am disappointed at the lack of care here as I now have labels tha are hardly visible and un-usable. Therefore, they are now useless because I cannot use them at all as my clients will not be able to read them. Unfortunately, my labels do not stick well around the corners too. I have tried to stick labels on to see how they look but I keep pressing them on to stick. I feel frustrated. Thank you for your service but I am afraid that on this occassion, I am highly unsatisfied and disappointed. I just wanted to let you know. Thank you.”

“"I ordered some stickers about two weeks ago, and they arrived on time. I ordered another sticker this week but accidentally chose a delivery date for next week. I called them and explained the situation, and they helped me by changing the delivery date. I received my order this morning. I placed the order on Monday or Tuesday. Their service is excellent, and I love how the labels ️ turned out."”

“Excellent service and quality printing. Delivery was slightly delayed by postal strikes but the customer I designed the novelty wine bottle labels for was very pleased and she said would reorder in 2023. Thank you.”
